Day 1: Arrival to Casablanca – Rabat – Meknes

On your arrival we pick you up at your hotel in Casablanca. We will visit the Hassan II mosque, the emblem of Casablanca which is the only mosque open to non-Muslims. The Hassan II mosque will be the first introduction of Moorish influences in Morocco. It was built by King Hassan II between 1987 and 1993. More than 25,000 worshipers can pray inside and 80,000 pray outside on the main square of the mosque. We will travel to Rabat to visit a historical site, such as the enchanting site of Chellah in Rabat, where you will see a breathtaking combination of Roman and Marinid remains. You have to visit the Hassan Tower unfinished mosque and the Mohamed 5th art mausoleum to visit. After the visit of Rabat, we go to the next city, Meknes. It was built by Sultan Moulay Ismael in the 18th century, famous for its beautiful gates, mosques and madrasas.

Day 2: Meknes – Volubilis – Fez

The next morning, after a good breakfast, we begin our visit of Meknes with the attic Sahrij Swani. It is used to store food and water for the “black army” of Sultan Moulay Ismael. We can visit the sultan’s mausoleum and admire the Arab-Andalusian style. We will see the wonderful door of Bab Mansour. Volubilis is only 30 km from Meknes. The well-preserved Roman archaeological site, classified at UNISCO (1997), holds incredible mosaics, hundreds of Latin inscriptions and artistic material. Our journey today will be over in Fez.

Day 3: Fes

in the morning after breakfast, you meet our local guide of Fez; you will have the opportunity to explore the ancient medieval medina of Fez and the first imperial city, a maze of more than 9000 alleys and deserving to be the intellectual and cultural capital of the kingdom. Mixed with fasi people in these streets full of items, colors and donkeys carrying goods. You will see many hand-made objects, Fez is the number 1 of the crafts, as formerly with the same materials. The tanneries, famous in Fez, are one of the highlights of the visit. You will see locals working on goatskin, lamp, camel skins. and cow, in small pits. You will also enjoy special dishes from the cuisine of Fez. You will enjoy a panoramic view of the south tower of Fez and visit the pottery cooperative where they make tiles and a Moroccan mosaic.

Day 4: Fez – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Desert Merzouga

We will leave the medieval city of Fez and head to another part of Morocco. Crossing the Middle Atlas. We stop for a short stay in Ifran or in the small Switzerland, the first ski resort in Morocco. We will be surrounded by incredible landscapes and landscapes of mountains and plains. A special species of indigenous monkeys living in cedar woods, more than 30 members of a family called ape midge in Azrou. We are going to lunch in Midelt, which celebrates the apple festival every year. There is a great contrast of landscapes, especially when we cross the Ziz valley to go to Arfoud, the gate of the sahara, Merzouga.

Day 5: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges – Palm Groves of Skoura Ouarzazate

we start our day with a breakfast, then we leave the sahara and head to the old irrigation system that is still used in the oasis of Eljerf. A break on the way to Tinjidad. lunch will be in the Toudra Valley. It is considered one of the oldest Moroccan valleys for the caravan trade and where the first Moroccan currency was made in silver. A beautiful valley of 15 km of date palms ends with spectacular gorges, mainly used for climbing and picnics. Then we embark in the Dades Valley where there is an amazing rock formation created by millions of years of erosion. We cross over Rose Valley, the only place in Morocco where we harvest the Damascus rose in which we extract products such as rose water and rose oil that are best suited for skin treatment and anti-aging. -rides. Day 6: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Telouet – Marrakech

The next morning, you will have the opportunity to visit two places in this film city. Upon arrival at the village of Ait Ben Haddou, we will take a walk to visit this ancient village. Then, we will go to the big fort of the Kasbah of Telouet, built by the lord of the atlas Thami Pasha and which was a commercial center of caravans. We go north of the High Atlas Mountains by Tizi-n-Tichka (2260m). A spectacular road of red mountains and Berber villages in Marrakech.

Day 7: Marrakech

you will have a local guide; For the city tour of Marrakech ,. You will visit the Bahia Palace, built by Bahmad Grand visir of Marrakech with its incredible mosaics and stucco, and hear interesting stories about 4 wives and 24 concubines. The extraordinary architecture of the Saadian tomb, royal necropolis of the seventeenth century. you will have a good time in the famous souks of Marrakech; you will love the smells, the colors, the colors and the size of the souks of Marrakech. The Jack Majorelle Garden, a peaceful place in the new city, contains botanical and exotic plants imported from around the world, with indigo blue dominating to paint the wall. You will end your visit in Jamaa Elfana Square. A lively place where there are snake charmers, monkeys, food stands and musicians, the liveliest place in Marrakech !!

Day 8: 

Marrakech – Casablanca you will have a transfer to Marrakech airport or Casablanca airport and this will be the end of the imperial cities 8 days in Morocco ….
